Refectocil No 4.1 red is for the brave fashionistas! If in the past there was difficulty to make the hair and the eyebrows to match in color then now it is easily possible. If your client desires very bright and very intensive red color on the eyebrows you can bleach the eyebrows prior the eyebrow tinting.For more intensive result you should use the tint on the light blond to medium blond hair. A darker red you can achieve on dark blond to medium brown hair and from dark brown hair you will achieve natural reddish tone.
